Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Account registration
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and activity performed through your account.
Pool participation
My NASCAR Pool provides community sports pool features for entertainment and private group participation. Each pool may have its own rules, entry amount, deadlines, scoring system, payout structure and commissioner instructions. Participants are responsible for reviewing the rules of each pool they join.
Messaging terms
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated service messages such as pick deadlines, pool reminders, results, winner announcements and account notifications. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

User conduct
Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate pool data or use the service in violation of applicable law or a pool's stated rules.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the platform is improved.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, My NASCAR Pool is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.
